Job Summary

ISQ Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Production Team Lead to join our client's manufacturing plant in the FMCG industry. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing operational teams on shift, ensuring self-sufficiency, adherence to safety standards, and achieving quality and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Health and Safety Management: Manage health and safety issues during the shift, promoting a Zero Accident mentality and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Performance Management: Conduct regular Pareto analysis to identify and address top areas for improvement, and oversee shift performance management, disciplinary actions, and resource management.
  3. Training and Development: Facilitate necessary training and development for all team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Leadership and Motivation: Lead by example and motivate a shift team to achieve high levels of productivity and quality, while maintaining a positive and safe working environment.
Requirements
  1. Formal Health and Safety Training: Possess formal health and safety management skills training (NEBOSH, IOSH) and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  2. FMCG Experience: Have experience working in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
  3. Engineering Aptitude: Possess an engineering aptitude, with mechanical, electrical, or technical skills.
  4. IT and MS Office Proficiency: Be proficient in IT and MS Office, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
