Store Manager Job Description

Role: Cooplands Store Manager

Location: Scarborough

Hours: Full-Time / 39 hours/ Permanent

Salary: £26,000 - £27,000

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our Cooplands bakery team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent standards, great products, and a consistently brilliant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Implement waste controls, labour controls, and customer service standards
  • Roll up your sleeves and support your team with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote sales and increase profitability

Requirements

We are looking for a Store Manager with store management experience or supervisory experience within hospitality / retail. If you have the skills and passion to lead a team and deliver excellent results, we want to hear from you.

Please note that you will be required to successfully pass a DBS check, which will be funded by EG Group.
