Senior Highways Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Highways Engineer to join our dynamic team at Marston Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our Highways team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional highway projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop 3D highways models, including cross sections and contours, using AutoCAD and Civils 3D.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities to ensure project delivery meets regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and check drawings, manage project timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead highway projects, ensuring delivery meets client expectations.
  • Support and mentor junior staff in their professional development.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in highway design, maintenance, and improvement schemes.
  • Strong knowledge of highway assets, design standards, and relevant legislation.
  • Experience in walking and cycling design, traffic calming, Healthy Streets, and junction design.
  • Excellent project management and financial skills.
