Highways Infrastructure Delivery Director

Marston Holdings Ltd is a leading design, engineering, and landscape architecture consultancy seeking a dynamic Highways Infrastructure Delivery Director to join our leadership team in Slough.

This exciting role involves providing leadership, governance, and strategic direction to our highways design, service development, and design & build offerings. You will work closely with the Technical Director, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams, driving innovation and high-quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with public, private, and developer clients, driving growth and new business opportunities.
  • Oversee commercial management, risk assessment, project programming, and more.
  • Contribute to shaping business strategies, leading our West Region to meet its ambitious growth targets.
