Marketing and Communications Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Executive to join our team at Absolutely Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our services and attract new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing plan to engage with our target audience and promote our services.
  • Collaborate with our team to create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Manage our social media presence and develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content.
  • Monitor and analyze our marketing performance using data and metrics to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in marketing and communications, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Desirable:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and software, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience with content management systems and website development.
