Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Partnership Management:
    • Drive merchandise sales to achieve revenue and margin targets of approximately $70,000 - $100,000 per annum.
    • Present tailored, data-driven sales pitches to partners that align with their business goals, utilizing your commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
    • Identify growth opportunities and provide insights to expand brand reach and revenue streams.
    • Monitor purchasing, invoicing, and logistics to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
    • Update sales trackers and monthly reports for accurate financial oversight.
  • Creative Campaign Support:
    • Collaborate with the partnerships team to deliver integrated merchandise campaigns that enhance partner activation and brand engagement.
    • Evaluate merchandise solutions to ensure alignment with McLaren's brand expectations and partner marketing objectives.
