Senior Sales Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team at beBee Professionals in Woking. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Strategy Development: Identify and develop strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Account Identification: Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
