Care Team Leader for Youth Services

We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team, providing invaluable support to children and young people. As a key member of our Residential Children’s Team, you will be responsible for leading by example, supporting colleagues in their development, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
About the Job:
- Lead a team in residential care with experience and qualifications required.
- Qualifications: NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in implementing the Statement of Purpose.
- Deputise for the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager as needed.
- A full UK driving licence is required due to the location and nature of the role.
