Job Overview

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our care assistants work with individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medications.

Your responsibilities will include following individual care plans, assisting with personal care, and supporting clients with practical tasks like shopping and mealtimes. You will also help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. You should be compassionate, patient, and understanding, with a willingness to learn and adapt to different situations.
