Job DescriptionAs a Personal Support Specialist at Customcare, you will be working closely with our clients to provide personalized support and care. This may include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Managing client medications and maintaining accurate records
- Promoting independence and empowering clients to make their own decisions
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
