Inpatient Ward Leadership Role

We are currently recruiting for an Innovative Mental Health Leader to join our Acute Inpatient Mental Health Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving forward improvements in patient care, leading by example and promoting a culture of excellence within the service.
Main Duties- To provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services that meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
- To work closely with colleagues across the organization to develop and implement effective solutions to complex challenges, promoting a culture of collaboration and shared learning.
- To foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation to drive better outcomes and experiences for patients.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant postgraduate professional qualification, advanced nursing or therapy qualification, and significant experience in senior nurse management roles, including staff supervision and risk assessment. A strong understanding of quality and safety agendas, as well as experience in roster management and lesson learned implementation, is also essential.
What We OfferThis rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave entitlement, flexible working arrangements, and access to internal and external development opportunities.
