Job Title: Healthcare Apprenticeship Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the delivery of high-quality Health and Social Care Apprenticeships. As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our apprentices meet the required standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality assurance visits to assess the quality of apprenticeship provision
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and their staff
  • Collaborate with training providers to ensure effective learning and development
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of our services

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £31,000 per annum
