About Nursing Apprenticeships:

Nursing Degree Apprenticeship:

  • This route involves working as a Band 4 Nursing Associate while completing a 2-year course
  • After completing the course, there may be opportunities to apply for a 'top-up' programme to become a Band 5 Registered Nurse
  • You'll earn a salary of up to £26,282 per annum during this period

Nursing Undergraduate Degree:

  • This route involves studying for a 3-year undergraduate degree
  • During this time, you'll work as a student nurse, learning theory and practice in a university setting
  • After graduating, you'll be eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and begin working as a Registered Nurse

Salary:

£23,949 - £27,055 per annum (Band 4/5)
