Job Title: Patient Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Care Assistant to join our team at Agincare. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and care to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as washing and dressing
  • Prompting and assisting with medication administration
  • Supporting residents with meals and snacks
  • Participating in social activities and events

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 24 months' right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (6 months minimum for night shift roles)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
