Plumber/Multi Trade Operative

About the Role:
We are working with a reputable construction contractor with over 50 years of experience in the construction sector. They provide comprehensive building and maintenance services to private and public clients nationwide. Due to their continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Plumber/Multi Skilled Operative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake plumbing works in various settings
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, including door hanging, skirting, stud walls, flooring, and architrave
- Conduct minor brickwork and sealing/silicone operations
- Complete snagging works and patch plastering
- Log works via PDA and liaise with customers, clients, and staff
Working Arrangements:
- Role includes a call out rota, with 1 in every 4 weeks
- Standby fee paid per day
- Call outs paid at x1.5 hourly rate door to door
- No more than 4-6 call outs, typically occurring before 10pm and after 6am
Company Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
- Callout OTE: £2,500 - £3,000

Candidate Requirements:
- Full UK Drivers License
- Plumbing Bias
- Core trade qualification is advantageous but not essential
- 5+ years experience within a similar role building/multi trade role
