Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our embedded security software function. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive forward the ambitions of the organization through empowering and engaging with technical experts in the team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the evolution of embedded security as part of the whole engineering team. We strive for better ways of working, progressing the solutions engineering model, and collaborating with stakeholders across various domains.

This role requires experience in a customer-centric role, demonstrable leadership, and general understanding of embedded components and PC software development utilizing languages such as C, C#, Python. The ideal candidate will also have experience of change management, an understanding of software development practices and methodologies, and a positive approach.
