Job Summary

Sunblink Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for patients.
  • Handle patient bookings, including scheduling, amending, and cancelling appointments efficiently.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining patient records.
  • Upsell clinic products and convert patient inquiries into appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support clinic operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a beauty, luxury, or private medical environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position based on-site at the clinic.
  • Opportunity to earn additional commission for product sales and patient conversions.

Commission Structure

  • Potential to earn an extra £450-£800 per month based on meeting 80 patient conversion targets.
