Team Administrator Coastal Medical Partnership PCN

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our Coastal Medical Partnership PCN team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our clinicians and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating schedules, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure the confidentiality of patient records is maintained according to data protection and Caldicott guardianship guidelines.
- Conduct administrator system audits and provide data as required.
- Take and transcribe meeting minutes, and update case notes on patient records as needed.
- Process referrals to the relevant clinician and update patient records accordingly.
- Extract data from Insights and type up reports incorporating graphics and tables as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
