Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious education settings. The ideal candidate will have a background in exceptional food catering services and possess excellent presentation, organisational, and communication skills. A real passion for food and service, combined with a flexible and can-do attitude, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors
• Manage the front of house operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
