Job Title: Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a background in exceptional food catering services and be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent food service presentation, leading by example, and monitoring standards. You will also be expected to undertake training and develop your skills to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of food service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and food presentation
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service delivery
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Flexibility with a can-do attitude, customer-focused, and fun and enthusiastic
