Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to join our team at RAF High Wycombe. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our Armed Forces personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of front of house staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the catering management and chefs to ensure effective communication and a smooth operation.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety, reporting any hazards or near misses.
  • Conduct regular safety walks to identify and address any potential issues.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of catering operations and team leading experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Flexibility to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing situations.
