About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Regional Hearingcare Manager to join our South Leadership team for Region 10. This dynamic position involves leading and empowering Hearing Aid Audiologists and store-based colleagues to deliver outstanding customer care and clinical excellence. As a Regional Hearingcare Manager, you'll execute the Retail strategy in alignment with our Company's Strategic Goals, Brand Values, and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with colleagues to understand customer insights and deliver exceptional customer care.
  • Produce sales budgets and forecasts based on past performance and potential business.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly analysis of retail performance and report on deliverables.
  • Influence key partners and stakeholders to maximise retail opportunities.
  • Drive demand locally by optimising Hearing Health Check opportunities and maximising Hearing Check Up activity.
  • Create trusted experts in Hearingcare by ensuring high clinical and professional standards.
  • Review team performance regularly and meet Hearing Aid Audiologist recruitment and retention requirements.
  • Maximise customer footprint by improving capacity and trading hours.
Person Specification:
  • At least two years of retail management experience, preferably in a healthcare or similar retail environment.
  • Budget accountability and comfort in reporting at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead, manage, motivate, and derive the best from a professional team.
  • Proven track record in delivering on-target sales in a similar retail environment.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Previous experience in the hearing care industry is an advantage, but training will be given in products and dispensing processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment, with good time management and organisational skills.
  • Full driving licence.
