Job Title: Occupational Safety Specialist

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to support learners in our IOSH Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health Management and Leadership.

  • Monitor learner's progress, utilising tools and reports within the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking their ongoing development and providing support as needed.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners about their performance, identifying areas for improvement and encouraging growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to IOSH policies, processes, and procedures, as well as the qualification specification, to ensure accurate guidance.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion principles, applying them to all interactions with learners.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong knowledge of quality systems, assessments, and processes, as well as assessment and training principles.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with evidence of at least 3 years' experience in an educational quality assurance role.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant subject expertise, with a qualification at least at Level 6 in the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Sector.
  • A teaching, training or coaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
