Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Ardmore Group is a leading construction company in London, delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.

We build homes, offices, hotels, schools, medical centers, parks, and playgrounds – every facility our great city needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality management processes, planning quality control requirements, managing the project Field View platform, and collaborating with package managers and supply chain partners to ensure that outcomes meet expectations.

About the Project:

A £50m RC Frame Residential development of 161 flats across 3 blocks with associated amenities and roof gardens.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce Inspection and Test Plans for complex works.
  • Plan, coordinate, and communicate activities across construction functions and liaise with Package Managers and other stakeholders.
  • Familiar with Project Specifications and British, International, and Industrial Standards.
We're Looking For:

Confident with Project Specifications, British, International, and Industrial Standards.

Experience with producing Inspection & Test Plans.

SMSTS certification.

Leadership and auditing skills.

Proficiency in Trimble (Viewpoint Field View admin, Viewpoint for Projects user).

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
