Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Night Nurse to join our team at Derwentside Immigration Removal Centre. As a key member of our Primary Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening.
- Use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse-led clinics to your patient group, supported by a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements
- Registered nurse Adult NMC.
