We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Consett, County Durham. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting our team to maintain the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks and ensure resident safety
- Provide guidance and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a care home setting, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional care and outcomes
- Competitive hourly rate of £18.74, with the potential for annual salary up to £42,877.12
