About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated A&E General Nurse to join our team at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our community hospital.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in clinical supervision and contribute to the ongoing assessment of patients to determine their individual needs and requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care and support.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote health, safety, and well-being among patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, adhering to NMC professional guidelines and registration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of infection control and prevention strategies, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
