Job Title: Financial Planning Manager

Join Honda Motor Europe as a Financial Planning Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and leadership skills. As a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans and forecasts that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
  • Manage and develop a team of financial analysts to ensure delivery of high-quality financial reporting and analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in FP&A and implement new tools and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with significant post-qualified experience in FP&A roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Experience with SAP, ERP software, and advanced Excel skills
  • Industry experience or strong product interest
