Job Title: Financial Planning Manager

Join Honda's European Finance team as a Financial Planning Manager, responsible for leading the FP&A team in delivering high-quality financial analysis and planning to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the FP&A team in developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the European region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop financial plans to support growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and external partners.
  • Manage and develop the FP&A team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with notable post-qualified experience in FP&A roles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial planning and analysis tools, including Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
