Job Title: Financial Planning Manager

Join Honda Motor Europe as a Financial Planning Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and leadership skills. As a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans and forecasts that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
  • Lead and manage a team of financial analysts to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement financial reporting and analytics tools to support business decision-making
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with notable post-qualified experience in FP&A roles
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
