About This Opportunity: Elite Venue Selection is seeking a seasoned Conference and Events Business Development Manager to join our team at Bosworth Hall Hotel. The Conference and Events Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through proactive and reactive sales
- Recognise opportunities to maximise revenue, conversion, and drive repeat business
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience in hotel sales and supervisory experience. You must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike, approaching tasks with a can-do attitude. Microsoft Office and hotel software such as Opera Cloud experience are advantageous.
What We Offer: In addition to a competitive salary, £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, we offer a range of benefits including career development opportunities, significant staff discount rates, 50% discount off food and drink, and reduced membership at our leisure clubs.
