**Main Purpose of the Job**

As a dynamic and organised Receptionist / Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the company. This role also involves providing administrative support to various departments, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reception:_
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Administrative Support:_
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist in organising company events and functions.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Professional and friendly demeanour, with exceptional customer service skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.

Interest in renewable energy and environmental sustainability is a bonus

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
