We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Home Care Operations Manager with Helping Hands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our customers.

You will be expected to:

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of care staff to ensure they meet the high standards of care expected by Helping Hands.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to manage the allocation of staff and resources, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the Branch Care Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care delivered.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to care staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you should have significant experience of working within the care sector, preferably in a management role, and a good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
