Clinical Director for Mental Health Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our Community Learning Disability Physiotherapy Team. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating physiotherapy services across Nottinghamshire, ensuring high-quality care for individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of clinical leadership, with experience in managing complex caseloads and designing and delivering training and professional mentorship programs. You will also have a strong understanding of national guidelines and legislation within the field of learning disabilities and autism.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with best practice, promoting a culture of inclusivity, and contributing to the development of our services. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to drive high-quality, effective, and accessible physiotherapy care.
