Sales Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit a pre-determined number of Independent and Symbol retailers on a regular basis to ensure maximum visibility and availability of our products.
- Work closely with a Cash & Carry wholesaler to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the regional team to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of A-level education, although this is not essential.
- A valid driver's license with a maximum of 3 points.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resilient and optimistic attitude towards opportunities.
