Job Summary

The Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Bucks Green Energy Skills Hub. As the Head of Green Energy Hub, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Hub, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase course bookings and revenue for the Hub.
  • Engage and Inspire: Create and deliver innovative curriculum and lessons that meet the needs of learners and employers.
  • Provide Guidance: Offer expert advice and guidance to learners, employers, and stakeholders to support the growth of the green energy sector.
  • Market and Promote: Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to raise awareness of the Hub and its services.
