Job Title: Head of Renewable Energy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Renewable Energy team at the Bucks Skills Hub. As the Head of Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our renewable energy training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and relevance to the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative renewable energy training programs that meet the needs of industry partners and learners.
  • Lead a team of trainers and educators to deliver high-quality training and assessment services.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to ensure our training programs are relevant and meet the needs of the renewable energy sector.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and learners to promote the Bucks Skills Hub and our renewable energy training programs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification in renewable energy or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a training or education environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with industry partners, stakeholders, and learners.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong knowledge of the renewable energy sector and its current trends and challenges.
