Job Title: Head of Bucks Green Energy

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the Bucks Green Energy Skills Hub, a new training facility for heat pump engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, engaging and inspiring learners, providing guidance, and marketing and promoting the Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative curriculum and training programs to meet the needs of the renewable energy sector.
  • Manage course bookings and generate business for the Hub, ensuring it meets income targets and becomes self-sustaining.
  • Provide information, advice, and guidance to Hub users to inspire careers in the renewables sector.
  • Execute marketing and promotional activities to engage employers, small businesses, and other sources.
