The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Finance & Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our support service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review month-end expenses for staff and service users
- Make manual adjustments for any finance amendments out of month
- Facilitate weekly subsistence onto pre-payment cards for service users
- Assess and accept new client referrals (Monday to Friday)
- Maintain a client book with detailed and up-to-date information for each client
- Assess referrals per location, capacity, level of need, and allocate to the most appropriate advocate
- Allocate new client referrals to advocates within contractual deadlines
- Consistently monitor advocate caseload, capacity, and needs within individual teams
- Track KPIs for all new client referrals
- Set up new starters on relevant systems, liaising with central services
- Arrange IT devices and personal lone worker devices for all staff
Requirements
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills and experience in working with financial processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have knowledge of case management systems.
