Lettings Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Lettings Administrator to join our supportive team at Search, Leeds. As a Lettings Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, while ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve maintenance enquiries
  • Generate and conduct property viewings to showcase our properties to potential tenants
  • Prepare property documents and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Manage student lettings, particularly during peak periods
  • Perform a range of administrative duties to support the lettings process
Requirements:
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a property-related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
