About the Role
The Account Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting all aspects of our business, including sales, product development, and customer relationships. This role will work closely with our in-house design team to develop and build exciting footwear ranges, while also liaising with suppliers and offshore offices to ensure seamless production and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the design team to develop and launch new product ranges that meet customer demands and drive business growth.
- Liaise with suppliers and offshore offices to ensure timely and efficient production, and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the footwear industry, with a strong understanding of sales, product development, and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Driven and results-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding business targets.
About the Recruitment Process
