About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Team Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, energizing the team and ensuring a positive working environment
  • Support the management team to achieve key KPIs across the store, focusing on sales growth and profitability
  • Maintain store standards, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and health & safety procedures
  • Carry out opening and closing activities, including key holder duties in line with company processes and procedures
  • Support with new product launches, floor set moves, and audits across the store, ensuring team members are trained and ready to complete tasks
