Nurse Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated registered nurse to join our team working in the Okehampton area. The successful candidate will possess the SPQ in District Nursing qualification (or be willing to undertake this via the apprenticeship route).
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload with a key responsibility of maintaining patients in their own preferred place of care.
- Help facilitate timely discharge from hospital, including those patients at End of Life.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
