Job Summary:

The Client Support will be responsible for handling new business enquiries with private clients, completing the fact find for existing clients, and assisting in the advisory process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to new business enquiries from private clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete fact finds for new and existing clients in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Assist in the advisory process by providing support to advisers and clients
  • Ensure that clients are kept up-to-date with the progress of their cases
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve targets and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • A strong educational background
