Job Summary:
The Client Support will be responsible for handling new business enquiries with private clients, completing the fact find for existing clients, and assisting in the advisory process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to new business enquiries from private clients in a timely and professional manner
- Complete fact finds for new and existing clients in an accurate and efficient manner
- Assist in the advisory process by providing support to advisers and clients
- Ensure that clients are kept up-to-date with the progress of their cases
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve targets and objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- A strong educational background
