My client, a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality building products, is seeking an experienced Administration Support Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the administration team, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
