We work successfully in markets worldwide, providing a full range of travel products, custom-made itineraries, and destination management consultant services.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Agent Coordinator to join our team. As a Travel Agent Coordinator, you will be responsible for the booking, contracting, and management of transportation arrangements, such as coaches, mini buses, and chauffeur cars. You will coordinate with transportation service providers and maintain an excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with transportation service providers to coordinate travel arrangements as required
  • Deal with daily telephone queries from suppliers, tour escorts, and clients by offering guidance and addressing concerns throughout the booking process
  • Provide exceptional service and attention to VIP guests and company groups from the Japanese and Asian Market when required
  • Liaise with colleagues and counterparts from overseas Asia offices
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English is essential
  • Any additional language, such as Japanese, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese are desirable
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years' Travel or Transportation industry experience is essential
