About the Role:

As a Sales Travel Consultant at Flight Centre, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating travel experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using your travel experience to sell products and destinations
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email
  • Preparing and issuing invoices, receiving payments, and maintaining financial documents
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest travel regulations and government restrictions

Requirements:

  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Passion for customer service
  • Comprehensive computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Ambition, motivation, and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement: Matric
