About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Senior Executive to join our team in Dundee, Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a technical lead role in New Product Introductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise directly with engineering teams to ensure that new products and features are designed with manufacturability and serviceability in mind. This will involve CAD reviews, A and B Model builds, and ITC involvement to track defects and optimize designs.
  • Create fully detailed build instructions using MIDAS database and collaborate with volume plant teams to ensure the build sequence fits into their current production processes.
  • Provide training to volume plant personnel and support start-up in the volume plants, requiring travel to involved plants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline.
  • 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Excellent PC application knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet.
  • High motivation level and self-initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, multitask, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Strong logic thinking, problem analysis, and solving skills.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
