About the Role:- Support children with SEMH needs in a specialist school setting
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to thrive
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assist with daily living tasks and provide emotional support to students
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:- Graduate degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check and/or overseas police check (as required)
- Competitive daily rate of £80-£85
- Excellent on-site training and support
