About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pastoral & Learning Support Assistant / Aspiring Youth Criminal Justice Worker. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work with vulnerable children who have been exposed to traumas and adverse childhood experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with our experienced staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, promoting academic, social, and emotional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restorative approaches and a passion for demonstrating the value of education to vulnerable children. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

This role is an excellent opportunity for Criminology and Psychology graduates or those with a passion for working with vulnerable children. You will gain hands-on experience in a holistic and therapeutic practice, increasing the engagement, attainment, and life chances of children.
